) For the last 5 years of buying our first SL, We
FOLD, yes
FOLD every drop and
stack on Home Depot/Sam's club/Costco metal shelving units stacked 6 on a shelf,
ON TOP OF EACH OTHER!!. We have [8] muslin hook/clamps for our track system from Chicago Canvas and have never had an issue with fold lines, wrinkles, etc...We spray em' down lightly, never have saturated, and use [2] 10' faring strips to stretch the bottom and top clamped, with the "Hand strengthener" clamps supplied with the drops.
NEVER have had lines, did I mention that? NEVER. They are muslins, Stiff, soft...they work the same way.....stretch em' out...I have stretched some of ours to where they exceed 10-1/2' by spraying and stretching....guess what....they shoot exactly as they did the day I got them!
There are various posts that tell new members to not do this but with an abundance of drops, and then adding [5] Maheu's and other brands, rolling and stuffing is not a workable space option. They are backdrops people!!
