Use the Healing Brush Tool to minimize or remove lines under the eyes and then use the opacity setting to fade the results back for a more realistic effect.
Session 07 : Smoothing Deeply Lined Eyelids

Session 08 : Applying the Finishing Touches
Retouch fine details such as fly-away hairs, hair removal and small lines on the bridge of the nose for a final retouched portrait composite on one layer.
