Laurie White Hayball is a 1986 graduate of UCLA School of Fine Arts in Motion Picture and Television. Trained as a cinematographer, Laurie has filmed MTV music videos, educational films, commercials, and dramatic shorts. Laurie was director of photography of the independently produced film cache, which was selected for the 1999 Sundance Film Festival. Laurie is also the author of the Infrared Photography Handbook, published by Amherst Media, Inc. Her images sell as fine art and have been the subject of exhibits and a series of notecards. As cinematographer, she is a member of the International Cinematographers Guild, and works as a Steadicam Operator and Instructor. Laurie works mainly in television and motion pictures.
